DEA NJ Radio

I love the show "DEA" on Spike TV, and I see they use Astro Sabers.. What type of radio system are they on? I'm guessing its some type of digital / encypted simplex group of channels by the way they talk. If anyone has any input that would be great.

I've heard them out of Allentown on clear Digital (NAC 156). I picked them up recently in South Jersey still on analog (156.7)
