Anyone else experiencing this? It seems they have recently become active broadcasting "dead air' or noise the last few days (72+ hours)?

Not so much the Bravo repeaters, but the Alphas' have definitely become active (A5 & A7-A15). Is this a process of the decommissioning or has someone high-jacked what remains of the defunct PACS system? I have not heard any voice, but I stand confused as I have not had the time to track this down & is raining hell on the RX scan of my older radios. Local input is appreciated.

What area of the province? The techs down south said all of their sites had been decommissioned last fall.
