id offer him $20 + shipping.. seriously no clue why people think a non-working rig is worth over $100 (as far as i consider it. untested = non-working in my book)
Maybe it's my old 735, a real lemon of a radio, full of bad solder joints. At the end, I probably would have taken $20 for it. I wanted to take a sledgehammer to it. It taught me that bad solder joints are very hard to find.
