Pike Township Engine 114 on the scene on MCF-South requesting IMPD along with a Medic and Car 140 to 5401 High School Road at 06:20AM.Engine 114 found a person inside a car that was on fire.Radio Traffic is on IMPD NW 1, Fire is on MCF-South and IMPD Homicide is on Investigations 1. Person inside the car was dead and was in his 40's and they found a blue container full of Kerosene.Car was not burned on the outside but was set from the inside.Channel 6,8,13,59 had it as "Braking News" today during there morning News cast.
