anybody have DEC fre... of otsego county N.Y. & DEC frec.. of Oneida county N.Y. I only have 159.225

There are only a few channels for the DEC.
159.435 - Forest Rangers
159.225 - Encon
These are the same repeatero utputs thruout the state with different input frequencies and PL. There is also a flood control channel, but cannot remember the frequency. There have been not location changes of repeaters, however PL is getting added to some, and shortly all will go to narrowband.
If its quiet its because they are probably just talking on the LE channel for Onieda County.
