DEC Talk Groups?

So I got all my freqs. programmed along with my control channels... I am picking up the police,sheriff, fire and public works... I've read the manual and can't seem to get it...How to program the DEC's so I can listen to a particular agency....I have a RS Pro 164..... Also I'd like to thank the people who responded to my question yesterday I appreciate the kind help....

To enter Talk Groups see page 45.
OPEN and CLOSED trunking modes (denoted by a small + or - sign on the display)..
In OPEN mode you will hear all active talk groups.
In CLOSED mode you will hear only the TGs you put in.
To set OPEN or CLOSED mode see page 39
