Decent Frequencies in DE?

Northern Delaware im a few miles from some trains. I've gotten spotty signals from the dover air base as well.

I believe all freqs at the airbase are encrypted so you wouldn't hear clear stuff anyway.

If you are near the river there is plenty of marine traffic and New Jersey is not that far. Last time I checked NJSP is not encrypted. Plenty of rail traffic on the Northeast Corridor which runs right through Wilmington. Philly airport is also reachable.

I get Wilmington PD pretty good when I'm upstate. Mainly their main channel.
