I had a default on my battery . When I charged it , the charger was blinking red . Battery seems empty . I dent it to AOR FRANCE , It costs me 81,60 € just to make tests and send it back . I suppose that AOR France doesn't know what a customer is (for a 1115 € receiver)

SCAN function isn't working any more . I can see memories and memory banks but scan refuse to start

I hate AOR

Wow, That's a lot of money too test a battery. You could have bought a new one for the same amount.
I think your DV10 reached the point in time again where too much data got corrupted for it to work "normally", a full system reset should fix it until it get's corrupted again. You could also do a attempt to report this to AOR, although i doubt they will start looking into it since many people already reported similar bugs and so far they never got fixed.

If the charger blinks red you need to start charging the battery via the radio with the charger connected to the side the of the radio. Once it has some charge in it, it will then charge ok again from the dock. Why did you pay AOR France to test it, what a rip off!!

81 euro to test a battery, they must be such a poor business that they can't make money through sales so have to rip off people, I hope you have written them some suitable reviews to help others not get ripped off.

MPX Elettronica S.R.L in Italy will sell you a new genuine battery for only 65 euro!!
