What is a STICKY?

Normal topics move to the bottom of the list as new topics are added. A topic marked as a "sticky" will appear stuck at the top even as newer topics are added.

A humble suggestion - this is a great question but this would fit better under a different forum heading since it isn't a breaking news event or specific to the state of Utah.
