It is still on their FB page:

Delaware County Council
January 24 at 11:41 AM ·
Members of the public safety community and residents are invited to attend a presentation on the findings of the "Delaware County Emergency Radio System Assessment and Conceptual Design" report on Jan. 28 at 6pm in the County Council Public Meeting Room. VComm Telecommunications Engineering firm will provide the results of their comprehensive evaluation of Delaware County’s Emergency Communications network and a framework to modernize the County’s public safety capabilities. The presentation will include a review of the County’s current radio communication capabilities and options available to improve service, security and safety. The report will also provide an estimate on the cost of migrating to a public safety radio frequency band. The video will be live streamed here for those who cannot be in attendance.

State of the art P25 phase 2 countywide trunking system

.
Why does it seem all the other counties in the state have STARNET state p 25 site’s except Delco ??
Anyway if there was some sites maybe they could get on the state’s system... Save them $$$$

System is still being built out. Perhaps they'll use these sites from the old system? But that's more of a discussion for another thread

Delco has some coverage now from the Devault and Belmont sites (VHF and 800). The Newtown Square VHF and 800 should be online first or second quarter this year. Once those are online, Delco will have pretty saturated mobile coverage which is what the state system standard is looking at. Unless Delco would choose to come onto the state system and then provide more tower locations, that'll be all for the Delco area. And, it doesn't look like they are entertaining that idea based on the presentation.

PSP has vehicular repeaters for portable coverage out of the vehicle. The portable coverage should be pretty good (outdoor anyway). I've received the sites above on my G5 in areas around Marcus Hook and Chester (not great, but they're there).

We have no idea, Delco hasn't made a definite decision yet. Last I heard they're still taking bids from vendors. If they go with the trend from surrounding counties and decide on P25 Phase II simulcast, your best bet would be either the SDS100 or 200
