So I know that Delaware County (with their current infrastructure) utilizes 5 sites for their law enforcement VHF system...

White Birch Tower
Utsayantha Tower
Houck Mountain Tower
Delhi Tower
Johnson Tower

With that said, RR lists 4 of these 5 sites, which leads me to believe 2 of them have the same input and output. Each site has a different set of PL's for in and out. So... does anyone know what listings below correlate to which site?

156.03000 158.91000 KEF421 RM 85.4 PL DelwrCo 911 911 - Police Polling FMN Law Dispatch

156.03000 158.91000 KEF421 RM 123.0 PL DelwrCo 911 911 - Police Polling FMN Law Dispatch

156.03000 158.91000 KEF421 RM 156.7 PL DelwrCo 911 911 - Police Polling FMN Law Dispatch

156.03000 158.91000 KEF421 RM 210.7 PL DelwrCo 911 911 - Police Polling FMN Law Dispatch

The list from NF2G's old site was as follows:

85.4 PL - Hancock
110.9 PL - Stamford
156.7 PL - Franklin
206.5 PL - Harvard
210.7 PL - Delhi

Obviously something doesn't add up between the RRDB listing and what Dave had listed. Aside from the fact that one of the sites appears to be missing from the RRDB, there's also the question of the RRDB having a 123.0 PL listed, which did not appear on Dave's site.

Note that the data in the RRDB is from 2006, so it certainly could be stale at this point. Frankly, I'm surprised that no one has ever brought this up until now.

See, I didn't ever have anything with 123.0, either. Thank you for the info. I'm still working on the different input PL's for fire on 46.06 on each tower also.

The system has had to change over time in order to keep functioning. I have not spent much time chasing them down because of the annoyances of listening to them (non-simulcast and dispatch seems to input into the system the same as mobile units). I will spend more time sorting out how they settle after the county upgrade that is pending. Depending on who you ask it could be from 1-5 years.

I just confirmed that 85.4, 123.0, 156.7, and 210.7 are all active tones. Still waiting to see if a fifth pops up.

110.9 also confirmed, added to database. Next step is to figure out which PL goes to which site.
