Does anyone know if they got moved to the new system full time because I have not heard radio traffic on the old system at all today?

Yes, all communications are now on P25 Phase 2. EDACS will be turned off Monday morning.

I take it still too early to submit Talkgroups to the database

See my previous post. If you have confirmed talkgroups, they can be submitted. Do not submit guesses, especially when it comes to the encrypted talkgroups.

If you do submit encryted talkgroups, explain exactly how you know what the usage is when making the submission, otherwise be prepared to receive a follow up note asking for details. Replies to submission notes should be sent back through the submission note system, not through a PM or forum posts. Failure to provide details or lack of response to a submission note will likely result in rejection of the ticket.

Has anyone tried to tune in the Bridge Ops channels on the system or are they encrypted as well? I regular travel the Walt Whitman and Betsy Ross bridges and it would be nice to hear when there's an accident on the bridge or a disabled vehicle in the left lane up ahead.
