delete a thread

I believe once the thread has ben posted in by others, Only the mod's can remove it

Thats correct. If you feel there is a need for it to be deleted, then look at the bottom of the forum it's in and you will see a list of the moderators for that forum in the bottom right hand corner. Just contact one of them via PM and tell them which post you would like them to delete, and they should take care of it for you.
