No he has not talked to me I sent the radio insured it was fine and I always say it will return the items if they is something wrong he is jumping the gun on this he has my phone number he can call anytime.he is wrong to post this type of thing ahead of talking to me and needs this add removed before it goes any futher I can ship his radio back anytime.You must be a kid or something sir you have not been ripped off I have been a member for a long time and will send you your scanner back.E-mail you address and number you send mine back and I will send you back and stop making such statements about someone you don't know
