What are the specs? Can you provide a link to make it easier to help?

Generally speaking if it runs Windows it will run Windows applications, of which DSD+ is one.

Get something other than an Atom 2nd / 3rd gen i5 or higher works. I am basing this off of SDRTrunk use, resource hungry but have had it running on an i5 2nd gen Samsung slate which I picked up for $60 CAD but 3rd or 4 th gen much better I have not used DSD but I would imagine its resource hungry too. Hope this helps .

If it is windows OS, it should run DSD+. If you are thinking fastlane, you need more horsepower and memory.
You can get an i5 with 8 Gb ram used for under $100 US.
Of course you need to install dongle drivers. dongle, etc.
On the go, you will need a "Y" OTG cable and like the battery packs.
Dongles drain internal batteries quick.

Thanks everyone, you guys saved me from wasting my time and money. So I think I will pass on the Dell and look for something like an i5 or even an i3.

I would not discount that tablet as useless. A good use-case would be the head on a headless system, a la vnc or rdp, teams, teamviewer, etc. The resolution is all there. Plenty of real estate to see a 1920x1080 screen and your local taskbar.

I agree with others that say it wont do much as a server type computer, but great as a remote client to check up on routers, switches, raspberry pis, etc. My goto vnc setup is tightvnc
