Delta Correctional Facility

While passing through Delta the other night, discovered that the State Corrections at the Delta CF is using a STAC5 repeater (853.7875).

Looks like the hole that facility sits in just doesn't see any of the DTRS sites well enough for them.

That would explain the static hits I get on STAC5. Occasionally a bit of voice coming through but never enough to ID.

I still here them on their DTRS talkgroup pretty well, but having them off the system would explain why I dont here them all the time.

Speaking of DOC, does anyone know of they prisons have a standard system for unit numbers? For example, are their different number for CO's. Sgts, Lts, Capts, etc?
