I was reviewing new FCC grants in San Diego County and noticed Delta Air Lines Inc had been issued 334.7 and 334.55. I'm kind of new to aircraft monitoring, I thought these frequencies were for military use. Any thoughts on this?
So going off the context clues, it appears to be a license for radio test equipment. So you're not likely to hear anything meaningful on those frequencies. Good question.

Yep. The frequencies on the license, emission designators and station class codes all mean something.
334.55 and 334.7 are the lowest two glide slope frequencies.
334.7 and 334.55 are ILS glideslope frequencies paired with localiser 108.1 and 108.15 MHz frequencies. Probably radiated from test equipment - they need clearance from the FCC to make sure that those frequencies are not going to cause interference to a 'real' local ILS.
