Wondering if anyone knows who the Delta-xx ID group belongs to (analogous to GL-xx for GLIFWC, C-xxx for DNR, etc.) Been hearing a Delta unit in the northwest region on rare occasion for the past couple years here and I can't figure out who Delta belongs to. Local unit has two RID's, Price on conventional and US DHS on WISCOM. Cannot recall hearing a second unit. Any ideas?
