My feeling is that the simulcast edacs system does not work that well now, and that the digitized audio would make it worse; (remember Aurora problems with simulcast ProVoice).
Won't anyone in MARCS have some or a lot ability to use any one of the sites since they are all tied together by Microwave or Fiber? I think they should use the simulcast sites for backup, in case something nasty ever happens to Morrison (since it has 2 sites of the system and it is in the boonies)
