Denver Fire

While listening to Denver Fire Dispatch sounds like they are using or testing fire based ambulance transport. I heard conversation that they were enroute to Swedish with one patient and giving there mileage to the Fire Dispatcher, then they called in when they arrived at Swedish and gave the mileage but I did not catch there designator number. Very Interesting if that is what it was, Denver Health does a decent job but I know there was somethings said about having Ambulances stationed at the Fire Stations or having DG running from the Fire stations.

That's just Sheridan FD Scott they are dispatched by DFD now.

Denver Fire does not want anything to do with ambulances, in my lifetime at least..
