Denver U/D: Cmd requesting the PIO and hazmat batt chief respond this will be an extended operation and some residents will require at least a gross decon.
Now setting up a tent for full decon of some of the residents and requesting 2 more engines for staffing including a special call engine with female FF to suit up and assist with decon of the female residents.

DENVER - Bank employees opened an envelope containing suspicious substances Sunday morning, prompting an eventual call to the military.
Employees at the UMB Bank at 6900 E. Hampden Avenue were processing bill payments at around 6:20 a.m. Sunday when they opened an envelope containing three white capsules and three yellow capsules.
One of the capsules had burst open.
Bank employees said they immediately called the police and fire department.
Firefighters tested the substance and determined it was a complex protein, possibly a biological agent.
Deciding not to take any chances, the firefighters called in the military.
The Civil Support Team from Buckley Air Force Base arrived with a mobile chemical lab, dressed in protective suits and conducted more tests.
They eventually ruled out all worst case scenarios, including anthrax.
The bank was not open to customers at the time and no one was hurt.
Employees were decontaminated, monitored for health reasons and allowed to leave after about 10 hours.
The Salvation Army provided food to the employees at around 2 p.m. since they were not allowed to leave the bank for precautionary reasons.
