my favorite listening is to the Denver Police & Fire radio. What is meant by someone being "DK"? I hear it a lot, but don't know what it means. I find these folks some of the most polite and civil folks on any radio, period. thanks Maureen

Back in the '80's, it was even more pleasant. FOX had just come on the Network air, and one of the favorite cities 'Cops' followed was Denver at the time. 'Manny' in District four was the car they went for. Finally after a few months of this the dispatchers gave up and just called for 'Manny' on the radio instead of his car designation. Great times.
