What is the difference between the Fireground channels from 786-791 and those from 897-906?

786 06-022 DISTRICT-2 Fireground
787 06-023 DISTRICT-3 Fireground

What is the difference between the Fireground channels from 786-791 and those from 897-906?

The main difference is that the District channels (786-792) are used for day-today FG ops, and the Event channels (900-906) are used for special events and/or training.

792 is called District-8 and is Patched to DIA Fire, usually actual traffic on this channel is seen on 0001.

I have never heard Denver use the term "fireground".
786 to 791 are the "district channels. 900 to 907 are the "event channels". 824 to 828 are the "incident channels".
