Left the 436 running LCN finder while I was inside the zoo today. Came back and it had a solution for the 5 licensed freqs that are listed as FB2 and MO in the FCC database. There are 4 other freqs on the same license that are licensed for mobile only, so I did not include those in the freqs to sequence.
