Hello has anyone else been listening to the Department of Defense? My question is has anyone else heard ID:25685? I haven't figured out what who I this is yet. It's unlisted in the database. Also I get mixed coming from this site Open/Encrypted on the same ID's.

Sorry for the delay I had to find my cheat sheet that I started. SID: 012CH-0246
I'd's I found to be most busiest are 25655, 25523, 25671. But only a few time I seen 25685 and that's the one that wasn't listed in the data base. But I am getting mixed conversation on 25523 Encryption/open, and 25671 Encryption/open

I'm sorry I just had an update on my phone and things are different for me I now have sense 6 and a new key pad or just large fingers. It was suppose to read SID:014CH-0246. Sorry

25685 Possible PD? Sometimes they have Dispatch Encrypted and units in the clear or the other way around.
