Deschutes County has released a RFQ for consultants to tell them what they did wrong in their year long failed transition to p25.

"The Deschutes County 9-1-1 District (DC911) solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide an after action review of the initial design process early radio system implementation and actions or events occurring after go-live in July of 2017"

Normal change over scheme, want big system, reduce size to make budget, turn on and fail then go to voters for more money.

If Deschutes County asks for more money from the voters, for there mess up, a Big NO should be in order.

Ugh. This is literally paying someone to come in to tell them how they should have spent their money in the first place.
