Why does Homepatrol 2 not pick up any activity in desoto county. I have the database up to date, and all my favorites are up to date. I live in Horn Lake and cannot even pick them up. Every once and a while I will pick up a volunteer fire dept. Are the trunk systems encrypted or something? I sometimes pick up Desoto county (17) but it is garbled. Is a scanner no longer any good in desoto county. I also noticed the live feeds are offline in broadcasity.

Law enforcement is all encrypt on mswin for desoto. They no longer use the old moto
