It appears that you need a DMR key .
They operate on a DMR CAP+ system as well as on LWIN P25.
I've heard them on LWIN every time I'm in Bossier or Caddo. However I cannot hit their DMR repeaters. Either case you'd need a P25 capable receiver at the minimum. Preferably DMR as stated above. Or SDR software.
