I have a VIZIO E320i-AO smart tv. I recently purchased a VIZIO VSB207 sound bar.
The problem I'm having is the tv remote doesn't work the. sound bar.
I contacted VIZIO,they told me that my model tv remote is not compatible with the sound bar.I
then inquired if the VIZI0 universal remote would operate both devices. He told me that they could not guarantee that it would? I asked for the program code for the SB remote he could not tell me.
I checked the web site for the remote that came with my cable box ,no code available.
My question is: does any one know of a way to determine the code that the SB remote is programed
I also tried searching using the cable box method. no results
Any suggestions.except returning the sound bar will be greatly appreciated.
