I will be traveling to Ann Arbor followed by Detroit at the end of the month. I have looked at the database for programming for Police/Fire in both but still have a couple questions. First is there a channel or freq used by the Cobb Center? Does anyone know any other radios that may be interesting to monitor there? Anything else of interest in Detroit or Ann Arbor that I should program?

check the database in metro Detroit area look up recreations and attractions it has all the casino's.
Cobo hall football and baseball stadiums . Olympia entrtainment services might be some there in use at the car show . Detroit Police will be on MPSCS Detriot Tower 868.7250

what?? Is this system still online? If hes looking for public safety then he does not want this. Most public safety in the county, including Ann Arbor, has switched over to the washtenaw county simulcast system of the MPSCS.

That system is still online, but you are right, most public safety coms in Washtenaw are on the MPSCS now.

Hmmm. I see that now. But how did it make it to the top of the thread list and marked as something I had not read yet. It was on the 1st page this morning when I opened it.
