Looking for DFD Freq I just got a new PRO-106
Thanks to All for the help

They are listed in the database under the MPSCS system but you are probably too far away to pick them up if you are using the stock antenna.

There has been extended discussions regarding the success or unsuccessful attempts at monitoring DFD.

Its all in the antenna and coax. I can copy Detroit here in Rochester Hills very well. But I had to experment with different antennas and antenna locations. Detroit's system towers antenna's are setup to radiate towards the city due to Canada and interference to them. Stock antenna - forget it. You will need the 800mhz antenna before you start looking for a good place to put your scanner. I have a antenna that mounts to a window with suction cups and if I move it just inches the reception changes.

I tried LMR LL 400 coax with a 800 discone then yagi mounted on my two story house roof. Neither worked. I do have a lot of trees directly behind my house, so that may have interfered a lot.
