Been listening to them today... They are expecting a lot of civil unrest when Gov. Snyder announces the EM for Detroit at 2PM today. They are loading up their cars with riot shields and batons.

Should make for some interesing listening.

Ya like that will help the City and its bad image.. Civil Unrest just another reason for the animals of Detroit to run wild .The call for Civil Unrest came rite from a Councilman of the City

With the possibility of civil unrest, I suspect USDOJ will be watching for LE discrimination. I'd have federal frequencies programmed and ready.
