Detroit testing MPSCS today

It appears Detroit is doing a lot of testing on MPSCS today. I've seen numeous "Detroit" talk groups appearing on my scanner. They've been testing both in the clear, and encrypted.

What do you hear? All I ever hear is short bursts of words, no complete words. I'm not too concerned at this point but I hope its better down the road when fire goes online. I'm using a bc796d with a stock antenna.

It was the techs running test. First they would transmit in the clear, then encrypted.

8337 Detroit City Police - S.I.U. Talkgroups S.I.U.

2397 Regional Medical Control Authority Talkgroups Region 2 MCC - Detroit (HEMS)

2294 MPSCS Technicians Talkgroups MOTECH1 Motorola Technicians

8155 Detroit City Water and Sewerage Dept. Talkgroups Detroit City Offices & Building Security

Thanks, I've seen 8155 pop up on the display and checked it in the database. All star week should provide some decent test listening at least.
