Various summer trips this summer included Cedar Pointe (Sandusky, OH), Houghton Lake (Roscommon County) and the Berlin Raceway (Kent County, just outside of Grand Rapids). All of these areas were programmed into my 396, as I take my scanner pretty much wherever I go. They are still in my scanner.
Last night, I hit the SQK for all of these systems and hear them loud and clear. Same thing right now.
So my question is.... is there something unique about the troposheric condiditons right now? I'm 20 miles north of Detroit and didn't expect to hear this kind of stuff.
