Detroit's 911 service in the news again! This time it was in regards to a possible pedophile in a white SUV exposing himself, and trying to pick up kids. He was reported on several different streets in the neighborhood. They interviewed one man that called 911, and he claims they told him it was none of their business! He was finally able to talk to detectives after they received more calls. As usual they're looking into the matter.

That does not suprise me....Detroit cannot handle anything from their police force to their finances. We even have to pay for their radios just because a fraction or their radios are for use on the Detroit water system which just happens to serve the suburbs. There is one word that comes to mind when I hear Detroit..........sess pool ghetto!!! Don't get me wrong, not everyone in Detroit is bad but it seems that there is a lot of violence and corruption down there. Every time you turn on the news there is a killing or Kawamee is under investigation. I say we could do fine here in the suburbs without Detroit. Detroit needs to clean up its act.

What we need is a big fence - with razor wire - all around the city. Would keep "the hostile suburbs out" as Coleman Young said so diplomatically.

What's the name of that movie where Kurt Russell played a character named "Snake Plisken"?
