Dallas Fire Rescue is working an apartment fire where part of a 3 story building has collapsed. Multiple "rescues" (that's what DFR calls it's ambulances), and literally dozens of other units, including both USAR teams, are on scene. Address, 5726 Highland Hills, is in southeast Oak Cliff, near Paul Quinn College, near the I-20 & I-45 interchange. Initial reports are that this may have resulted from a gas explosion.
