I have a RS Pro 106 & set it to factory defaults and reprogrammed . I want it to light up the LCD at least (and all others keys ?) when i turn it on the have the lights go off after a few seconds and not stay on constantly. I got it to do this by setting GLOB Light Mode to Ingrne(ignore?) but in this setting i have to push all other buttons twice in order to get them to do there function. The first time for example i push the MAN button the lights come on but it doesn't stop on a channel, i have to push the MAN button again while it's lit up in order for it to stop. So how can i get it to preform the MAN function on the first push and still have the scanner light up and go off in a few seconds when turned on, or is this possible i thought i had it set like that before resetting it ? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
