Also, I can't believe they did a live report from the scene of the "incident". It just seems kind of weird to me. Quick send a reporter out to 91st and 145th we've got a hot story three days after the fact. We are going to run a five minute segment on this one! The Highlight: "supposedly a lady took a picture with her cell phone". Whoo hoo.

I think it's very serious. Someone that has the cajones to do something as socially unacceptable as this has some major psychological issues. Not to mention he seems to be getting more and more gutsy each time; police need to find and stop this guy before what he's doing progresses into something much more heinous.
