Did anyone hear if TCSO took out BOBO the clown?

Random listening last night and heard the Sheriff's at the fair getting set up on BOBO the clown to take him in for something between him and a runaway girl. Never heard if they actually did or not. For those that don't know who BOBO is, he sits on a dunk tank and taunts people till they pay to throw balls and try to dunk him.

I really enjoyed scanning the TCSO fair traffic this year, there was a ton of interesting stuff to hear!

I listened a couple of nights. Seems like a whole lot of lost children. One of the nights, I think there were like 5 or 6 at one time. It was pretty interesting though.

That is the typiclal scenario for any large fair. The cops are the "Lost Kid Patrol" most often. I just don't see how you can let that many kids out of your sight. Some of the parents let the kids wander off to meet at a place later...at the fair, no way. The fair is a kid snatchers' paradise.

I heard several incidents, one involving a guy with a camera and zoom lens shooting little girls as they were in the petting zoo area, Also several fights and 1 stabbing. Also heard a 20 yr old having a heart attack. Interesting way that they worked the midway though, set up as a gridiron. EMSA really sucked on response times, they didn't have a clue on how to find TCSO when they reported someone down. Even if TCSO shot off a flare I don't think they could find them!

Yeah it sucks finding your way around the fair I only worked one shift out there about 6 years ago and decided that Was enough. While I was there TCso did have to escort bobo out every night for his saftey.

Yeah I remember those early bobo years, he was so obnoxious and there were 2 of them, one on each end of the midway! I also remember the next year they were down to one and he was pretty much censored and hidden.
