Did Overton SO/Livingston change anything?

Did Overton SO and Livingston PD change anything recently? I helped program a scanner for someone that goes through that area and when they are in Overton County they no longer pickup the Sherrifs office or PD.

I redid it and changed to what is currently in the DB and nothing still. Did they recently go ENC on their DMR system? Is anyone else nearby able to receive anything from them?

I heard them this afternoon on 154.785 instead of 155.550, everything else is the same.
