differance between arc250 and arc 996

Has anyone noticed that when you use the ARC250 software it has the national settings buttion when you
click on the internet button and when the Radio Reference list of codes and everyting you need shows up it has the national buttion after the Trunked systems button?? When you use the ARC 996 pro software and click on the internet buttion and the Radio Reference software shows up their is NO national settings buttion after the Trunked systems buttion. Why is that ???????
Anyone have any ideas???

ARC250 was recently updated and uses a newer version of the RR import module.
In the next update ARC996 will get the same new options.
