Difficulty receiving Rock East and West with discone antenna mounted 25ft high.

What is the frequency your having trouble with?
Rock East is 154.9500 and Rock West is 154.8150. Both are in the DB.

What is your location? I have a discone in my attic and get both East and west in Salem NH with no problem
A discone antenna has zero gain. But a better antenna with some gain. How long is your total coax run and what coax are you using?
