It would help to know what model you're talking about.

The PRO-(20)96 is generally considered to have better digital audio than the BCx96D series.

Well since this is a pro2096 forum.That would be the info I would like to find out.If the Pro 2096 audio on digital is better than the rest of the digital scanners out there.
