TRX-1: Digital decoding problem

I've programmed a P25 system into the TRX-1 via EzyScan software but I'm getting a strange digital audio decoding issue. It decodes the audio but outputs the undecoded audio at the same time. This happens on all digital protocols. The scanner is running on the latest DSP and Firmware updates.

Is this a faulty scanner?

Check and make sure your IF out settings are set correctly and make sure it not set up to play the IF out sounds.

Update: Whistler asked to send the scanner back and they acknowledged it was a hardware fault. They changed a board and sent it back. Working fine now.
