Digital ICALL/Private

I heard the UCAN guys doing a private call in digital mode.
RID 64031 to 64041.

What was wierd I could only hear 64031. But it would hold on to the channel and trunker would show it was active. But no audio on 64041.

I was thinking maybe if one user is on UT simo and the other is in Davis county would I hear them on Private/ICall. Or just the user on the site I was listen to?


I havent had to much ICALL stuff to play with on UCAN.


Any ideas?

I am just guessing, but it would make sense to me that since there is only one recipient for each side of the message, the system would only need to Tx each half on the site where the recipient is located. I guess the sender wouldn't need a copy of what he is sending, right?
