Digital in Muskegon

I found a cheap digital scanner that I thought about buying, but I was wondering what can actually be heard in Muskegon with a digital scanner?
I know I would be able to pick up the state police but other than that I don't think there is anything else?

Nate, I live in Michigan and so far have not done much listening to any digital, or trunking here. Most stuff seems to still all be VHF/UHF

The only trunking around here in Michigan is Consumers Energy which during storms is great to listen to.

Ahh - no. MPSCS is in Kent County, and it's trunked.

I think MPSCS and Consumers are the two big players. While both can be very interesting the majority of radio traffic in that area is still on conventional vhf/uhf frequencies using analog transmissions.
