Digital Noise

I have been hearing some noise on a few channels in my area.

Not sure if this is just normal noise or if it is a digital / encrypted channel.

Is there any place I can find a recording of what a digital or encrypted channel would sound like on an analog scanner?

I have a BC346XT and I am hearing this on an EDACS Standard system if it makes a difference.

It is talk group # 04-127 on Edmonton Public Safety & Public Works Trunking System, Edmonton, Alberta - Scanner Frequencies

Based on those links, sounds like it is ProVoice. Didn't listen to all of them of course, but since this is an EDACS system it only makes sense.
