Hello everyone, friends, with the permission of the manager, I came across this sound while scanning in the vhf band, I know it is digital, I know it is a little bit like dv dstar ra and a little bit like c4fm, but dsdplus cannot solve it, maybe I am putting this sound sample, if anyone has information on this subject, let us know thank you.

Herkese merhaba arkadaşlar, yöneticinin izniyle vhf bandında tarama yaparken bu sese rastladım, dijital olduğunu biliyorum, biraz dv dstar ra gibi biraz da c4fm gibi biliyorum ama dsdplus çözemiyor, belki bu ses örneğini koyuyorum, bu konu hakkında bilgisi olan varsa bize bildirsin teşekkürler

It sounds like FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) Like a beacon of sorts. DSD+ will not decode this. You need a ham radio digital modes decoding software that might help. Like Skysweeper Professional, Wavecom, Hoka software, etc. But it seems like a beacon of some sort carrying telemetry. Could be as simple as telemetry for a sprinkler system or water works system. Like public works.
