digital scanner stops on p25 talkgroups. no audio

i hear the audio for conventional frequencies. getting 2 to 3 bars of signal strength on the digital trunked system. the talkgroups for the digital system are not encrypted . ..i hear the audio for another p25 system, but the one with no audio, i don't even hear garbled transmissions for a second

its a p25 system with LSM simulcasting. i fixed the problem with the simulcast distortion. im getting a control channel and it stops on the talkgroups ...if the decoder in the scanner was broke wouldn't it not decode p25 at all?
