No scanner made in the US will pick up cell phones, except special ones sold only to the government. I do not know your type of systems, perhaps a more tech savvy person could help you.

if I were there I'd get the uniden BCD-996xt or you may want to look for a UBC- model from a nearby store.Nothing will allow you to receive cellular its
encrypted digital meaning nothing on the market does it and its unlawful to do so so dont do it.You want to do that kind of thing become a cellular tower technician!
